Protein French Toast
Gluten Free, Dairy Free
Ingredients
- 3 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder I used Arbonne
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ Tsp Cinnamon
- ½ Cup Almond Milk – should be a batter consistency so may need to add a bit more milk if necessary
- Bread – I used Udi's whole grain bread
Instructions
- Mix protein powder, eggs, milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a bowl to desired consistency
- Heat pan on stove and spray with non stick coating spray ( I used plant butter for additional flavor)
- Dip bread in batter and fry in pan until golden brown and then flip to other side and also fry until golden brown.
- Top with agave syrup and berries (optional)
