Protein French Toast

Ingredients

  • 3 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder I used Arbonne
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ Tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ Cup Almond Milk – should be a batter consistency so may need to add a bit more milk if necessary
  • Bread – I used Udi's whole grain bread

Instructions

  • Mix protein powder, eggs, milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a bowl to desired consistency
  • Heat pan on stove and spray with non stick coating spray ( I used plant butter for additional flavor)
  • Dip bread in batter and fry in pan until golden brown and then flip to other side and also fry until golden brown.
  • Top with agave syrup and berries (optional)
